Position |

District Coordinator, Migration Programme (Contractual)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Supervise Field Organisers’ under respective
Reintegration Service Center and provide continuous guidance to the team
for ensuring quality programme implementation / field operations
- Visit field regularly and facilitate field activities for ensuring better outcome of project
- Select volunteer and build their capacity and provide guidance to implement activities
- Collect and maintain volunteer database
- Organise training, meeting and workshop at local level and field visit
- Communicate and develop good relation with local
level stakeholders (GO and NGOs) for ensuring field level activity,
advocacy and networking
- Coordinate and follow-up of returnee profiling and maintain online database
- Liaise with local level industries/ institutes and
projects for managing job placement for the returnees Identify best
practice/ case story collection, documentation and prepare periodical
activity report

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- MSS from any recognised university with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:
- Have competencies on community mobilisation activities and facilitation
- Have skills on team management
- Have communication and reporting skills
- Good interpersonal skills
