  Position  

Counselor, Migration Programme (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop counseling plan for Reintegration Service Centre
  • Provide/ facilitate training for the para-counselor
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly training and counseling report for Reintegration Service Centre (district level office)
  • Compile different reports of Reintegration Service Centre;
  • Provide counseling to the returnee migrant workers and their family members
  • Refer migrant workers for trauma counseling
  • Effectively manage victims’ cases and their profile
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • MSS in Psychology/ Clinical Psychology/ Social Work/ Social Welfare with all 2nd division/ class from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:

  • Candidate who has minimum 1 year experience can get preference

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Training facilitation and management skills
  • Knowledge on counseling
  • Good Communications and Reporting skills
