Junior Sector Specialist, Agriculture; HCMP (Contractual)

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure survey for selection of the project beneficiaries’ and other project related data and information using prescribed format developed by project
  
• Facilitate and conduct training for the project beneficiaries and ensure agro-inputs reached to the beneficiaries for proper and successful implementation
  
• Provide technical advice and support to Technical Assistant/ Program Organizer by field visit and follow-up of the activities regularly for effective implementation of the project activities
  
• Ensure financial data are properly and timely recorded for the specific activity against the specific accounts code
  
• Follow up and cross checking of daily and monthly reports, observation reports, expenditure reports

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Agriculture or any relevant subject from any government recognized University/ Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA. Candidates having professional degree are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Agriculture Sector.

• Excellent language skills both English and Bengali

Salary Range: Negotiable
