Sector Specialist, C4D; HCMP (Contractual)

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CMVn Project Manager and ensure project implementation is in accordance with strategy
  
• Ensure preparation of monthly work plan and timely delivery of activities with quality standard
  
• Regular Monitoring and Supervision of staff and follow up IPC sessions and community mobilization and outreach activities in respective project implementation area
  
• Ensure quality of message dissemination
  
• Ensure administrative, financial and other policy & procedural compliance of BRAC and UNICEF at field level
  
• Ensure support in preparing MIS & other reports as per project need
  
• Ensure support and coordination in the Area/ Branch level project team meeting
  
• Ensure effective communication and liaison with others BRAC management and sectors, CiCs, Site Managers, UNICEF and other stakeholders and ensure strong collaboration
  
• Organize training and refreshers for CMM and CMV
  
• Ensure one-one refreshers session for CMV if needed

Educational Requirements:

• Masters in any subject from any government recognized University/ Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant sectors is required.

• Have clear concept of Advocacy and Communication
  
• Good knowledge of project Monitoring and Evaluation
  
• Good understanding about team management & leadership
  
• Fluency in English is required
  
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, internet is required
  
• Team player and community mobilization skills is required
  
• Effective communication, report writing and presentation skill
  
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skill

Salary Range: Negotiable
