Position |

Senior Officer/ Deputy Manager (Investigation)
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Study the assigned complaint letter thoroughly and
chalk out an investigation plan (When, Where and How) for investigating
the allegations of misconduct/bullying/sexual harassment.
- Prepare individual action plan for overall fact
finding and fact finding related communication with concern persons and
programme.
- Prepare a probable checklist of interviewees like Complainant, Alleged person(s), Direct & Indirect witnesses.
- Visit place of occurrence and take photos and draw sketch of place of occurrence.
- Ensure to send show cause notice/charge sheet to the alleged person.
- Visit place of occurrence and take interview of the
related persons maintaining high confidentiality as well as keep a
written record with dates and signature.
- Take interview of the line management staff and
collect circumstantial /oral/ materials/documentary evidences for
assessing their responsibilities in respect of the incidents.
- Collaborate and Cross-check all collected
documents/evidences and statements for justifying the complaints at the
end of investigation.
- Prepare and submit qualitative and smart investigation report complying standard format (i.e. Introduction,
- Complaint summary, Methodology, Statements of the
interviewees, Own findings, Fact analysis and Opinion) and submit to the
concern authority within stipulated time.
- Perform duties as per demand and direction of the authority and uphold BRAC Values.

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Masters in Criminology, Management or Law from any recognised University with CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience is preferable. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Investigation or handling of disciplinary cases will be given
Additional Job Requirements:
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Report writing skills both in Bangla and English
- Able to frequent field visit (at list 15 days in a month)
