  Position  

Trainer, Integrated Development Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all training (staff and participants) of Indigenous People and conduct leadership training for indigenous men, women and youth at BRAC various BLCs or at village level according to the yearly action plan
  • Ensure successful implementation of all training events and workshops planned for Indigenous People mainly at field level and ensure proper selection and recommendations of training participants
  • Conduct refreshers training at field level and write project activity related cases story
  • Communicate regularly with concern Senior/ District Manager, concern staff and update them about BLCs and collect participants list from respective field staff
  • Develop and design training schedule, curriculum, update training module, materials for all training (staff and participants)
  • Prepare monthly training, refreshers and project related various report and send it to the supervisor and visit POs, develop session plan and ensure the quality of courtyard meeting
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of all training and workshops for the Indigenous People and lead in day-observations, cross visit, youth clubs and indigenous organizations
  • Follow up training participants at BLCs and ensure accommodation, participant list, attendance sheet etc. follow any other direction that may come from the immediate supervisor
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:

  • At least two years of experiences in a relevant filed in any local and national level NGOs

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Preparation training Module and training facilitation staff supervision
  • Good articulation, presentation and writing skills in Bangla and English is preferable
  • Have proficiency on MS Word (Windows), Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management, leadership, analytical ability, multitasking,
    facilitation, Communication, Presentation and report writing skills
  • Knowledge on livelihood of indigenous peoples, human rights, indigenous
    community institution and indigenous culture
  • Networking capacity among indigenous youth, students, community people,
    local and national level indigenous organization, indigenous youth, students and
    community people

Age Range: Maximum 35 years
