Job Context:

- Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
- Should possess rational decision making ability, Should have very good communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- The manager must be dynamic to lead the team.
- He is responsible to ensure product wise sales from the outlets daily basis, as per target and have to be smart at divisional sales.
- He will keep communication with ZM/RSM regarding order & delivery regular basis
- As per target his sales projection & market activities report should be send his respective ZM/RSM every Saturday weekly basis
- He should send product wise dealers sales performance report monthly basis
- He must attend at head office when calls for sales meeting, conference & dealer celebration
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the management
Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Preference will be given to the candidates having more experience.
Education Requirements:
Skill Requirements:
- Basic computer literacy
- Experience in handling banking transaction
- Ability to work under pressure
Compensation/Benefits:
- T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity
