Positions: Divisional Sales Manager

Job Context:

  • Should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
  • Able to take initiative.
  • Should be self-motivated and possess quality to motivate subordinates.
  • Should possess rational decision making ability, Should have very good communication and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The manager must be dynamic to lead the team.
  • He is responsible to ensure product wise sales from the outlets daily basis, as per target and have to be smart at divisional sales.
  • He will keep communication with ZM/RSM regarding order & delivery regular basis
  • As per target his sales projection & market activities report should be send his respective ZM/RSM every Saturday weekly basis
  • He should send product wise dealers sales performance report monthly basis
  • He must attend at head office when calls for sales meeting, conference & dealer celebration
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the management

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having more experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduation

Skill Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Experience in handling banking transaction
  • Ability to work under pressure

Compensation/Benefits:

  • T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity
  • Salary Review: Yearly
  • Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
  • Sales incentive, conveyance and other facilities as per company standard.
