Officer, Administration

The incumbent will assist the ‘Chief Executive Officer’ in -

  • Organizing necessary papers for meetings & conferences
  • Attending meetings, preparing meeting minutes and circulating them
  • Corresponding with external sources on behalf of CEO
  • Prepare reports, executive summaries and presentations
  • Organizing travelling arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
  • Writing emails and reports (both in English & Bangla)
  • Keeping records of documents (filing)
  • Any other relevant activities assigned by CEO

Requirements:

  • Academic background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in English.
  • Working experience: 2 to 3 years’ practical experience in providing secretarial or administrative support.
  • Language skill: Excellent in English (writing and speaking).               
  • Computer skill: Operation of internet, e-mailing (Outlook), Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point
  • Personal skill: High level of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, patience and ability to work in a team often under pressure.
