  Position  

Monitoring Officer, BRAC Education Programme (Project Staff)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Complete proper monitoring activities and monitor two times in all branches and NGO’s office in a year.
  • Ensure proper reporting in time and send those to concerned stakeholders.
  • Mark students according to the principals and grade for all the components accordingly;
  • Monitor proper refreshers and Kishore club activities by observing sessions.
  • Prepare questionnaire regarding monitoring and collect sampling rightly for all the components following the principal.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters preferably in English/ Statistics/ Social Science or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field is preferred.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Communicate and work with Monitoring Unit for meeting, data collection, and data entry and to do statistical data analysis.
  • Search less quality school, branch and gather information of absent teacher in schools, follow up staff’s step according to the information and prepare non-pedagogy report.
  • Conduct effective meeting with all branch staffs at the end of monitoring.
  • Have a clear idea on all components of BEP.

Age Range: Maximum 40 years

  Salary and benefits  

Salary Range: BDT. 35000/-
