Job Context:
- The role is primarily responsible for Sales team supervision & team`s sales achievement on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per business acquisition plan. The incumbent also need to ensure that Agent banking outlets meet compliance and audit requirements of the bank
Job Description/ Responsibility:
- Ensure business target achievement of direct sales team in stipulated time
- Monitor services & operational activities of Agents and ensure compliance & audit requirements of Agent outlets
- Supervise & monitor direct sales team on service& compliance issues
