Manager (Sales, Service & Marketing)
We are looking competent, smart, result
oriented, self-motivated, energetic, honest & sincere person for
our Sales, Service & Marketing department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales, Service, Marketing & Solution of Construction Heavy Equipment & Crane etc.
- Create strategic marketing policy and
implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with
defined goals and objectives.
- Monitoring sales team & co-ordination with service team.
- Evaluates potential Customers, Communication with local Customers & foreign Principle.
- Daily usage of CRM (Call Report Management tool).
- Follow-up on all customer leads from external and internal sources.
- Participate in Company training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge.
- Setting sales and marketing Key Performance Indicator (KPI)’s to manage activity within the team.
- Monthly reporting on sales performance
against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales
reports & other metrics.
- Shadow and mentor the sales team members
on their approach, product knowledge, presentation skills, negation
skills, relationship building skills, ability to close deals, etc.
- Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Qualification Required: Graduate preferably in Engineering on Mechanical/ Electrical/ EEE from any public or private universities.
Experience Required: At least 6- 8 year(s) in
Sales & Service Experience on Construction Equipment like Crane,
Excavator, Roller, Backhoe Loaders, and Air Compressor etc.
Job Requirements:

Job Nature: Full-time.
Job Location: Dhaka (Plus required in-country site as and when required).
