Position |
|
Position: Information Management Officer, Site Management (Contractual); HCMP
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Work with camp actors and camp communities to
promote and implement routine camp maintenance, considering distribution
point as well
- Monitor safety risk (infrastructure of the camp) and address them to the competent agency
- Design and implement service provision based on Protection mainstreaming and mitigation of Gender Based Violence (GBV) risks
- Undertake site risk reduction procedure and maintenance to maximize healthy and safety environment of camp residents.
- Ensure coordination with UNHCR Field Unit focal point to support in relocation
- Ensure survey committees
- Support refugees to maintain, repair, modify and improve their shelters, through materials, construction teams, trainings

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Development studies/ Disaster
Management/ Sociology or any other relevant subject from recognised
university/ institute
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field in any NGO/ INGO is required
Additional Job Requirements:
- Commitment to the understanding of BRAC core values and principles
- Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
- Have effective acquaintance with people management and data entry management
- Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
- Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organisation
- Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications
- Excellent language skills both English and Chittagonian
