Position: Telecom Operator, Telecommunication

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Received and connect all incoming phone call as per requirement.
  • Connected all local and international call to higher management.
  • Incoming & Outgoing PABX call receiving and distribution
  • To help all BRAC PABX Operator.
  • Help the departmental administrative works
  • Always attending office for any kind of emergency work
  • Prepare reports & able to keeping records.
  Requirements  

Skills & Competencies Required:

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge in help line work
  • International Tele-Conference system connection
  • Intercom operating system

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • International Telephone dialing
  • Motivation skill

Competencies:

  • Effectively received international & local call
  • Team Work
  • Good behavior and ethics

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum
    of CGPA 2.5 or above.

Experience Requirement:

  • Experienced candidates will get preference.
