Position |
|
Position: Head of Campaign, Communications Department
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Devise integrated social and behavioural campaigns
with the aim of impacting mindset and achieving BRAC’s strategic
priorities and the sustainable development goals
- Set the content and messaging strategy aligned with BRAC brand positioning
- Coordinate the development and implementation of a
consolidated content and campaign calendar for BRAC, BRAC International
and Affiliates
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns
- Brief and oversee the work of internal team and
external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will
deliver the campaign activity
- Write, edit and proofread copy for high-level
organisational messaging and executive leadership communication (speech,
conference presentation etc.)
- Manage organisation’s flagship publications e.g. Annual Report, organisational profiles etc.
- Work in close coordination with communication network to seek content
- Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Keep abreast of current discourse in development,
BRAC’s transformation and strategy and sustainable development goals and
reflect that in the content and campaign strategy
- Conduct research and make data and insight based decisions to design new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Work within a budget and report any overspend
- Build a high performing team and continually focus on their skills development

Requirements |
|
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters from any recognised university.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of experiences in relevant field.

Salary Range: Negotiable
