  Position  

Sector Specialist, ICT, BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of BEP web MIS and develop additional modules required by BEP.
  • Develop APIs to integrate external systems with BEP MIS.
  • Develop android-based application as per programme need.
  • Prepare training module, material & develop digital animated content using adobe flash.
  • Software coding in different programming language (Java, J2EE, EJB, JPA, Spring Security, Hibernate, MySQL, AngularJS, Jquery).
  • Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
  • Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
  • Support after deployment & continuous follow up and monitor user experience.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc preferably in Computer Science/ EEE or from relevant discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum 2nd Class or equivalent CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 02 years experience in relevant field. Should have experience in database management, web and mobile based software development and implementation, digital education content development, technical assistance and capacity development.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge on interactive multimedia content, Pedagogy, MIS and financial inclusion services.
  • Needs the ability to take and provide effective & practical decisions/ solutions in the best interest of organization policy and programme requirement

Age Range: Maximum 35 years

Salary Range: Negotiable
