To cope up with the business growth and to accommodate business requirements, we are looking for a young, enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, qualified and highly competent individual for our Sales Training Department.

Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales Training

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist head of the department to plan & execute an effective training program for the newly recruited/promoted/existing sales personnel to develop necessary knowledge, skills & expertise for their role.
  • Carry out refreshers training for existing sales force and supervise training programs of both (induction batch and experienced sales force)
  • Prepare schedules and carry out designed training programs and fulfill the training needs of targeted employees.
  • Organize Induction training of new employees, Refresher training of existing employees and Reorientation of promoted employees among the sales force.
  • Assist the head of the department to justify the training cost, improve the training manual and measure the ROI on training activities to measure training effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular survey and R&D on training trends, benchmarks and industry best practices
  • Facilitate and communicate with relevant department(s) to confirm trainee batch selection, scheduling, evaluation/assessment test, arrangement and distribution of training manuals and other training related materials.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • M. Pharm/ B. Pharm from any reputed university. But Masters/Bachelors candidates from other discipline with direct sales training experience may also apply.
    • 1-3 year(s) of working experience at any reputed pharmaceuticals will be considered as an added advantage.
    • The incumbent should have skills in multimedia presentation, excellent interpersonal and effective communication (both oral & writing).
    • Should have extensive knowledge in MS office package.
    • The incumbent should be self-driven, result focused with “can do” attitude.
    • Age limit is not above 30 years. But it may be relaxed in case of highly qualified candidates.
