Technician, Maintenance

Reporting to: In-charge/Maintenance Engr. 
Section  Maintenance
Justification: Replacement (Technician) of Rajesh Kumar Ghosh (ID# 0949) 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance
  • Make preventive maintenance checks and inspection of assigned equipment and repair, diagnose problems utilizing support equipment such as overhead cranes, chillers, air compressors and cooling stations.
  • Perform all necessary maintenance on the machines & mold
  • Ability to read drawings, and set up sheets and maintenance of auxiliary equipment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Analyses electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and operational problems of plastic injection molding machines;
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to check operations;
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and also on mold
  • Read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams, and repair variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules
  • Utilize skills in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding (mig, tig or stick), and work with electrical systems
  • Practice plant safety guidelines at all times and encourage your peers to practice safety all times
  • End each day knowing you made a difference
  • Maintain good communication with all other sections and departments.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness of the maintenance.
  • To carry out any other assignment given by the company/immediate superior.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline or Diploma course/ equivalent. Education qualification can be relax for highly skilled person. 

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) in plastic injection moulding m/c maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 35 year(s)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, understand simple English language
  • Hard working. o Ready to work in Shift.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Ability to work with team.

Salary: BDT 15,000 - 20,000

Job Facilities:

  • BDT 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 (Approx.) (Fifteen thousand - Twenty thousand, approx.). As per salary matrix-2019 
    Fix salary BDT 15,000 - 20,000
