Position:
Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining an increasing and sustainable sales of the company through core activities
  • Ensure sales/collection target for assign territory.
  • Dealer management, Market Credit Management.
  • Assigned territories to manage the trade related activities in the best possible way
  • Manage the core customers- dealers, Government and private organization
  • Increasing business opportunities through various influence customers.
  • Setting sales targets for individual Dealers.
  • Monitoring the dealer's performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling, Analyzing and Report sales/collection performance
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors, proactive reaction & fortifications
  • Idea sharing & innovative activities to improve allocated territory.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year(s) in relevant role
  • Preferred candidates would have work experience associated industries / paints/ cement
  • Candidates working in sales in FMCG can also apply.
  • Hard working and result oriented team working skills.
  • Ability to work in functional & cross-functional teams.

Job Qualifications:

  • ¬†Graduation in any discipline from reputed university.
  • At least 2 year(s)

Salary: Negotiable
