Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the main objectives and work plan of the project, formulating and assisting in the execution of relevant policies and systems at higher levels. 
2. Responsible for the daily management of the project and the management, guidance, training, and evaluation of departmental staff. 
3. Responsible for formulating various production plans. 
4. Organize, coordinate, and manage outsourced resources, supervise the project's safety, quality, schedule, and cost. 
5. Responsible for coordinating and organizing the resolution of all production issues. 
6. Responsible for maintaining key external relationships. 
7. Coordinate departments, handle comprehensive project management matters, react quickly to various situations, solve problems, and demonstrate strong execution.

Educational Requirements: Thermal energy and power Engineering major.
