Job Description/Responsibility
- Works with marketing, sales, and product management to develop programs and campaigns that will drive engagement with internal and external audiences.
- Assists in the commercial tactical planning and execution, including development of marketing and sales tools to support existing and new product launches.
- Creates and executes marketing tactics to drive event registrations.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams such as professional education, analytics, and sales in measuring the ROI of events and other marketing programs.
- Participates in the communication, sharing of marketing, sales tools and best practices with European marketing counterparts as it relates to the Kerr operating company.
- Develops and executes digital marketing activities across social media, trade publications, email, paid search, and web/landing pages.
- Collaborates with Key Opinion Leaders, product management, R&D, sales, legal, and regulatory for creation and approval of marketing and sales assets.
- Assists in marketing sponsorship and logistics for all major events.
- Assists in triage and response to the sales force.
- Manage day-to-day product management related communications with all markets to support business needs.
- Adheres to company core values.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- 2 years of work-experience in marketing
Skills Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Hubspot, Smartsheet, CVENT
- Will to travel up to 20% travel to visit customers, tradeshows, dealer meetings, or other.
