Job Description/Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
- Conduct basic research on HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
