1) I forgot my username and password. How can I retrieve?

Answer:
1) To retrieve your forgotten Username/Password, follow these steps:

3) Click on “Forgot Your Password or Trouble signing in?” available under Login button.
4) A new page will appear; type your corporate e-mail address which you have provided in your account.
5) Click on Submit button. Your login information will be sent to your provided e-mail address.

2) How do I change my password?

Answer:
To change Password:
1) Login to your employer account and account settings click on “Change Password”.
2) Type your Old Password then click submit.
3) Type the new password and retype new password and click submit.

3) How do I update my Profile?

Answer: to update your resume profile, Login to your account and Click Edit button. After completing editing click on Update button.

4) Will my contact information be sold to any third parties?

Answer: Nrbjobs.com does not disclose any information to third party such as: your name, address, email address, or telephone number without your consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. 5) I'm not looking for a job anymore. Should I cancel my account and remove my resumes?

Answer: Protecting your account data is a high priority at nrbjobs.com. If you do not log in to your account for an extended period, your account will be inactive and only you can access your information or can make it active.

6) Why should I create a Profile?

Answer: Your profile is for your own benefit. If you maintain your profile and update it frequently than your resume will have a better chance to be viewed by the employers.

7) Can I use my Employer username and password for my Seeker account?

Answer: No, These are two separate accounts.

8) What should I do if I have not received the email that allows me to create a new password?

Answer: In rare case if you do not receive any that particular mail than you can contact us any time. We have our own customer service center for 24 hours in 7 days in week. You can contact us here.

9) Does my account expire?

10) How do I add more information to my resume?

Answer: After you complete the account creation, you can view your posted information. At this point, you can edit individual sections and add more information if you need. You can update your resume any time.

11) How can I change the contact information on my resume?

Answer: You can edit contact information anytime if you created a resume using the Upload or the Copy & Paste feature. If you're using the online Resume Builder, you can edit your contact information, with the exception of your name and email address.

12) Who will see my resume?

Answer: nrbjobs.com does not track who views your resume, only the number of times a resume view is requested by an employer. Employers can view your resume when they conduct a resume search and when you use the resume to apply online. In both cases, each time an employer makes a request to view your resume, your resume view number increases.

14) What happens when I delete a resume?

Answer: If you delete a resume, it will be permanently deleted and irretrievable. If you delete a resume that you used to apply online for a job or that were searchable, employers, recruiters, and others who have paid for access to the nrbjobs.com resume database, or have paid to obtain a copy of that database.

15) How can I confirm that my resume and cover letter have been submitted?

Answer: You'll receive an email from nrbjobs.com indicating your resume has been submitted. You can also view your submit status by logging into your account. Inside your account you would see cover letter tab, just click on it.

16) How do I search for jobs?

Answer: You can Search or Browse. When you Search, you use Keyword, Location, Job Title, and other fields to get matching jobs. When you browse, you see the number of jobs there are for each category you choose, which lets you narrow down your results before you get them.

17) How do I save a job search?

Answer: Define your search criteria and click Search. Then click the Create Email Alert link on the results page. Log in to your account if you're not already logged in. Give the saved search a name. Choose how often you want to receive email results. Click Save. You can save up to five searches at one time.

18) How can I email a copy of a job posting to a friend?

Answer: On the Job View page, you'll see a share option at top of the page. Click the Email link to email a copy of a job posting.

19) How do I print a job posting?

Answer: On the Job View page, you'll see print option on the right-hand side of the page. Click Print to print a job posting.

20) Where can I find the salary information for a job?

Answer: Not all employers include salary information with their job postings. When the salary is included, you can see it at the bottom of the job view page.

21) What happens when I apply online for a job?

Answer: Employers receive your resume and cover letter (if you included one) through our website. They can view, print, shortlist these resume. You will receive a confirmation email from NRBJobs.com stating that your resume was sent successfully. You may also receive an email from the Employer confirming the receipt of your resume. Please note that some Employers and Recruiters may not respond after your resume submission.

Please remember some employers use the Apply button to take you directly to their company website. For those job applications, and for applications that you send directly to the company via email, fax, or postal mail, a record of the application will not show up on your Apply History page.

22) Do I need to be nrbjobs.com account holder to apply for jobs?

Answer: yes, You must create a user account in order to apply for jobs. Click submit resume and enter your email address, password and other information and click submit. On the other hand you can only create your account and skip your education, employment and other information part but it is not recommended.

23) Do I need a resume to apply to a job posting?

Answer: Yes, you will need to include information to your resume when you apply online. You can create your resume as part of your first job application. After creating your resume, you can edit it whenever you want. We recommend that you put all the information in your resume in order to catch the attention of the employer.

24) Why didn't I receive a response when I applied online?

Answer: Each company has its own method for evaluating resumes. A small company may send a personalized response indicating that your resume was received. Many larger companies have automated email replies. Some companies do not acknowledge the receipt of a resume unless they want to initiate the interview process.

25) How can I track the jobs I've applied for?

Answer: Login to your account, there you will see the relevant information regarding to your job applications. Please remember in those jobs where you applied through your e-mail (not through your nrbjobs.com account), in those cases no information will show to your account.

26) Can I apply for the same job more than once?

Answer: No, Once you've applied for a job, you won't be able to apply for that job again.

27) What is Recruitment Agent?

Answer: Because of our rigid internal policies with strict rules and regulations, NRB Jobs Limited is becoming a prominent recruitment agent. We supply large group of people to our trusted organizations and business organizations, so that they could send them as workers. On the other hand, our affiliated manpower supply agencies have number of vacancies available for sending Bangladeshi workers abroad.

28) How I can see all the features at one page?

Answer: Our sitemap represents all the features at one page with google pin point location service. Go to very bottom of the home page of nrbjobs.com, you will see sitemap there or here you can click for sitemap.

29) Is there any way to apply for Local Government jobs through nrbjobs.com?

Answer: currently not, nrbjobs.com not taking any online application for local government jobs till now. Most of the government jobs are taken from Bangladeshi renowned newspapers.

30) What are my benefits if I submit my resume at nrbjobs.com?

Answer: nrbjobs.com is not only about job application. It will notify you when there is a relevant job. When you post a job in a particular section, nrbjobs will sort relevant jobs for you and will notify you through email. It also has an article archive where you will find important tips to build your career.
