Job Description/Responsibility
- Providing high-level administrative and organizational support to Edge Technology Group leadership team (calendar, travel, expenses, communication)
- Managing a global, dynamic calendar to meet business objectives through exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Managing leadership team's operations, offsites, and All Hands meetings, including post-meeting surveys
- Creating, augmenting, and circulating reports, presentations, worksheets, and charts using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Partnering with the VP's staff and teams in communicating requests, feedback, and issues, as necessary
- Taking meeting notes during staff calls and following up on the action items as necessary
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in an executive assistant or admin assistant role.
Skills Requirements
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a collaborative team member
- Have experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings in a global work environment with multiple time zones
- Have very good organization skills to ensure timely completion of the work
- Display a good aptitude for dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty through creative problem solving
