Job Description/Responsibility
- Process and schedule the intake of new work, ensuring timely initiation of projects.
- Monitor and initiate the annual review of Marketing assets.
- Maintain a communications calendar to facilitate effective coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to project teams to execute, coordinate, track, and measure projects.
- Review and prepare various Agency activity reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Set up projects, schedules, and folders based on requirements, and notify team members to initiate work.
- Support annual audit activities, including initial asset vetting.
- Tag and organize marketing assets for easy accessibility.
- Review and update team process documentation.
- Perform quality control reviews and maintenance of communications calendar.
- Monitor team inbox, respond to inquiries, or route them appropriately.
- Follow established workflows for operational communications.
- Provide project coordination support for select efforts.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential data to safeguard against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.
