Job Context
- Sajeeb Group is seeking a talented and dedicated "Executive- Graphics Designer" to contribute our dynamic work environment and help drive our creative design initiatives to new heights. Candidates having experience in FMCG Industry will be given preference.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Design product labels and packaging for various food items.
- Work on both digital and print design projects, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Provide innovative ideas for new packaging formats, trends, and improvements.
- Maintain a high level of creativity while managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Keep updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve the quality of work.
- Perform any other design-related tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline., Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
Experience Requirements
No experience is required.
Skills Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience working with packaging design and understanding of print production processes.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, particularly when working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
