Job Description/Responsibility
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Dyeing Department as a Shift In-Charge. The role demands at least 8 years of relevant experience in shade matching and dyeing operations.
- Lead and manage all dyeing activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure accurate recipe preparation and precise execution to achieve desired shade and quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance on shade matching, shade correction, and dyeing process optimization.
- Supervise dyeing operators, helpers, and technical staff to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production parameters, troubleshoot deviations, and take corrective measures promptly.
- Maintain detailed production records, shade reports, and shift performance updates.
- Coordinate closely with quality and finishing teams to ensure timely production output.
- Implement process improvements to minimize re-dyeing, reduce wastage, and improve cost efficiency.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Diploma in Textile Engineering
- HSC
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience is required.
