We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Dy. Manager/ Manager – SCM. The role is critical in ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, and aligning supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Material Procurement: Execute the acquisition of raw and packaging materials from both local and international suppliers to ensure a steady supply for production.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and packaging materials, utilizing inventory management tools to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Supplier Development: Identify, evaluate, and develop new sources of raw and packaging materials to diversify the supply base and reduce dependency on single suppliers.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best possible cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of material transportation, ensuring timely delivery while minimizing costs and mitigating risks associated with transportation.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure all procured materials meet the required standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Liaison: Liaise with banks and financial institutions for managing letters of credit, trade finance, and other procurement-related financial transactions.
- Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance companies to manage risk and ensure adequate coverage for shipments, inventory, and other supply chain activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with other organizational divisions, such as production, quality control, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Additional Academic Requirements
- BBA/ MBA in International Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, or any other relevant discipline.
- B.Sc. degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant field.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience is required.

- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, international trade regulations, and customs compliance.
- Hands-on experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
