Job Description/Responsibility
- Prepare daily accounting vouchers, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Support the execution of month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records, subsidiary ledgers, and accounting documentation
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports and statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, facilitating the accurate processing of financial transactions
- Liaise with internal departments for the collection and verification of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of VAT challans, return statements, and associated reports in compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations
- Support monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax filing activities
- Ensure all tax-related documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for audit and regulatory review
- Coordinate with relevant business units to obtain necessary documentation for VAT and tax compliance purposes
Additional Academic Requirements
- BBA/ MBA in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food Shop, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
