Job Context
- Sajeeb Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of Manager - Sales - Export (India Market) to strengthen and expand its FMCG export business in India. The position requires a strategic and result-oriented individual capable of developing distributor networks, managing international business relationships, and driving export sales growth across the Indian market.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for the Indian market.
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, importers, and channel partners across India.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly export sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms with international buyers.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience is required.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged), Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
Skills Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Sound knowledge of FMCG export business.
- Familiarity with Indian market regulations and trade practices.
