Job Description/Responsibility
- Preparing product allocation plans for all channels and individual retail stores as per store classification
- SKU management in retail stores based on display capacity.
- Monitoring channel & store wise sales and action plan to achieve the target (Revenue and Volume) for assigned category.
- Article wise store level sales tracking and action plan for slow mover articles.
- Planning for NOOS article and achieve target as per plan.
- Maintain store X article and store X Pairs wise assortment (As per Company Target).
- Preparing and sharing inter-transfer plans for the allocated categories for stores
- Maintain 4 Months SFM (Stock for Month) in each retail stores.
- Maintain maximum 4 Months aging in central distribution centre and 5 months in virtual Warehouse.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
