Currently we have vacancies to offer as 'Officer/ Sr. Officer, Warehouse' for the eligible candidates interested to work in our organization.
Job Location: Manufacturing Plant at Tongi.
Job Description/Responsibility
- Generate GRN (Goods Received Note) and record it in the register & SAP system.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including material receiving, handling, inventory stock monitoring, production support, material issue and transfer etc.
- Prepare warehouse-related GMP documents.
- Temperature & Humidity Record monitoring in all warehouse area.
Additional Academic Requirements
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (M. Pharm) /Master of Science (M. Sc)/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in any discipline from a reputable public or private university.
Experience Requirements
No experience is required.
Additional Experience Requirements
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) related to pharmaceutical warehouses.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and generate meaningful insights for process improvement.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as required for warehouse supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bengali for effective communication within the organization.
- Certification in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is a plus.
Skills Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and supervise the teammate.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company, specifically for the Senior Officer position.
